Time Report could not be approved due to system error

Hi there,

I need assistance with resolving this issue on our PeopleSoft Financials system.

When timesheets are submitted, users get the error below:

"Time Report could not be approved due to system error. Please contact your system administrator."

There are no errors related to the issue in the AppServer logs.
