One user cannot view Pending Transactions | R12 12.2.10 | 19c

Hi we are having a strange issue with one user that cannot view "Pending Transactions". Using the same responsibility of the user who has troubles viewing pending transactions, other users (including me) can view Pending transactions for the organization without any problems. Please help

While dwelling the profile options, I have found the the user has an extra profile 'EGO: User Organization Context' with a value. We are usually switching the organizations using "Change Organization" in the context & without any clue at this point of time.

Hoping to receive some help.
