Auto Assign approved requisition to buyers

Good day

Once a requisition is approval status can it automatically be assigned to the buyer based on the category and price. Currently, all approved requisitions will go to manage the buyer workload queue and the supervisor will need to go and assign each line to a buyer. It takes them 2 to 3 hours daily to assign requisition to buyers, we require an automated process that will automatically assign requisition to buyers. We are on the 12.2.9 version of Oracle

Kindly advise if there is a similar solution available to allow us to explore
