Can Primavera Gateway in Cloud be used without any additional licensing

Can we use Primavera Gateway provided in cloud with P6 EPPM Cloud services without any additional licensing. Can data importing/exporting from P6 EPPM be done through Primavera Gateway without any new licensing.
