Is it possible to make Emergency Contact and Religious Preference required on fluid pages?

Hello!

Product Version: PeopleSoft Enterprise Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM 23, Tools: 8.58.17

I've attempted to make Emergency Contact and Religious Preference required for students navigating to these pages from an activity guide using Page and Field configurator but have not had success. Any tips and tricks to make these fluid pages require students to provide their info?
