OEM 13.2 unable to access OMS console URL

Hello Experts,

I'm unable to access OMS console url, I get below message when accessing url, not sure where to start looking ? could someone pls. help me resolve this issue.


The connection for this site is not secure

mdc1dev-oms001.xxxxxx uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
