crsd.bin memory usage -- large discrepancy between the 2 RAC hosts.

We have a 2 node RAC primary database ver: 19.5.0.0.191015 and we have noticed there is a significant difference in the amount of memory VSZ and RSS between the 2 nodes which is persistent.

Investigation into the difference in MemAvailable on the two nodes shows that the crsd.bin process is using approx 40% of the RAM on node 1 host: blp14074005 and approx 6% on node 2 host: blp14074006

Is this a known bug and would bouncing CRS on node 1 release the memory?

I have attached an example OSWatcher .dat files (and 2 files with "filtered" in their names that hold the grep'd out lines of crd.bin from this last weeks OSWatcher '.dat' files.) -- that show this and also a spreadsheet which shows graphically the VSZ and RSS memory usage from the crsd.bin process over the past 7 days which shows a steady but large difference in the mem usage of crd.bin between the 2 RAC nodes.

Howdy, Stranger!
