FIRM STATUS of delivery does not get updated while we are doing Ship confirm in R12.2.10

Hello,

We are upgrading to R12.2.10 from R12.1.3 and facing a weird issue in R12.2.10 on Shipping Transaction form.

FIRM STATUS of delivery does not get updated automatically to 'content Firm' while we are doing Ship confirm in R12.2.10, but if we do same ship confirm in R12.1.3 then FIRM STATUS got automatically updated to 'Y'.

Is there any setup for this or it is a bug.

Any help will be appreciated ?.
