Description of Field not displaying in P42101

Hello Team,

Step 1: In P42101, under Edit Full Header -> Payment and Freight tab

Step 2: Payment Instrument field has values defined in UDC 00/PY and first value is blank one, if choosing value blank from UDC and it has description like (Blank) and click Save and Close.

Step3: Again back to Payment and Freight tab, payment instrument field not showing description (Blank).

Could you please assist on this.
