Why item amount becoms $0 when cashier clicks on Tender Option?

Hi Team,

we come accross strange issue- Item amount becoms zero when cashier try to complete the transaction by selecting tender.

Steps : 

Cashier is performing order transaction by selecting order option on the sale screen--> adds items in the order by scaning it and then

completes the order by entering the required info like delivery address, customer details. After completing the cashier comes back to

the sale screen and tries to complete the transaction but once he click on the tender option item amount becomes $0.00.

Customer has given the logs but in log's we did not find anything suspicious. We can just see cashier has clicked multiple times on
