Can we dedicate a email server for email outgoing on a particular functionality ?

Hello,

We have 3 siebel comm servers in our enterprise , we use email inbound and outbound heavily for our siebel implementation ( IP 20) . one of business functionality team is requesting to have a dedicated comm server for it's email outbounds and all other emails outbound should route to other two servers . Do we have a solution for this and is it advisable to do so ?
