Why Future committed Direct ship orders(SD) are going to credit hold(C1)

Hello Team,

Why Future committed Direct ship orders(SD) are going to credit hold(C1) even though enough credit limit is available also on customer at credit check.


Any information on this would be great help to me to fix the issue
