Cycle count R41403 shows no variance where variances exist

We are on JDE 9.2.4.3. Recently we had a user enter a cycle count which had several variances. When the R41403 was processed the report shows no variances. The F4141 CCCD and CNTJ are both blank for items that were entered in the cycle count and the entries can be seen in P41241. For example:

Is there a way outside of re-entering the cycle count that the CCCD and CNTJ can be corrected?
