OCSM 5.0 permission error in PSA

Hello,

trying a fresh install of ocsm-5.0.0.2.0-70006 (MySQL 5.7.38) on RHEL 7.9

(yes, there was a sizing done by Oracle PS before...)

mysqld.service, pld-webserver.service, pld-redis.service, pld-psa.service are active (running) and I´m able to login https://server/newsetup/

but getting always:

You don't have the permission to access the requested resource. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.

any advice how to check/identify such issue?
