R12.PN Schedules and Items did not Update Payment Authorise schedule

User made changes to a lease through amendment function i.e. reduce the future payments and also at the same time do a One Time payment adjustment. The Schedule and Items executed successfully, can see the changes in the output of the program, but the Payment Authorise schedule for the OT payment was not added and also the future Payments did not change to the changed value.

Could this be the result of the future payment adjustment and the OT payment being processed in the same amendment ??
