Creating Job Postings from a CI

Has anyone has successfully created Job Postings from a CI? We are trying to give our Recruiting team the opportunity to mass upload Job Posting information vs. entering each posting individually.

We attempting to do this via Excel to CI and running into the error "First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member HRS_JO_TYPE... We Have HRS_JO_TYPE selected in the CI and have run a number of traces and troubleshooting utilities.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
