ODA X7-2HA 12c primary and physical standby migration to 19c

Hi All,

I am Francis,

we have ODA X7-2 HA 12c and database 12c primary and physical standby currently running, we want to reimage to ODA X7-2 HA 19c and database 19c primary and physical standby.

How do we go about it with minimum downtime, first of all is it feasible?
