Can I turn on Warehouse Management to simply use the License Plate Functionality but nothing else?

I want to have the ability to generate license plates for items received, work orders completed, warehouse transfers and shipments, but do not need or want all the other warehouse functionality. My warehouse simple and not large enough to warrant all warehouse processing functionality. But we need to have pallet labels generated and used for inventory movements.
