Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. A couple of weeks ago, we were working on building a TEST OLVM to match our PROD OLVM. This is 4.3.10.4 running on a minimal OL 7.9.

My bookmarked instruction's link was broken so I searched again and found only the new version using OL 8.5:
