Process Overtime Hours and also eligible for Compensatory off

Hi All,

We have got a requirement where an employee should be able to accumulate his extra hours per day in the overtime bucket for that month and should be able to use it at the end of the month. If the hours remain unused, then it should be sent to the payroll system (3rd party) for payment.

Please advise how can this be achieved?
