Dear Customer, 

The following patch is now available for download from My Oracle Support: 

Patch 34158342 - ZA: SARS BRS V21.0.0 PHASE 2 & LONG SERVICE CASH AWARD CHANGES 

The patch number is: 

Release 12.2 Branch : Patch 34158342:R12.PAY.C

Release 12.1 Branch : Patch 34158342:R12.PAY.B* 

Please review the readme (MOS Note 2871215.1) for important information in relation to the patch.  

The pre-requisite patch levels for support on this patch is R12.HR_PF.B.delta.14 for R12.1 Branch and R12.HR_PF.C.delta.15 for R12.2 branch.

If you encounter any problem with the application of these patches, please raise a Service Request via My Oracle Support.
