Navigation to run PO_POCANCEL app engine?

We are running PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Image 41.

I had a user that created a 300 line PO by copying 143 requisitions to it. We tried to cancel it via the Buyers Workbench. However, it would time out. I traced what happens when the Cancel button is clicked on the Buyers Workbench. It calls app engine PO_POCANCEL. Is there a way to run PO_POCANCEL via a run control so it runs on the process scheduler and not time out?

I could not find the navigation to a run control page for PO_POCANCEL.
