QP: Pass Qualifiers to Get_Custom_Price API will source qualifier Attributes? cause any performance?

Requirement:

Discount need to be applied based on Customer Group and Price Product color and these values maintained in Custom table and we do not want to create new pricing Attributes due to there are lot 40 attribute to be enabled on Item and instead like to use Get Custom Price function to derive the price from table ( customer Group and Product color is example)

using pricing and Product attributes in QPCUSTOM.Get_custom_price , but need to source Qualifier attributes also to derive price , however by enabling QP: Pass Qualifiers to Get_Custom_Price API profile will be achievable or is there any performance issue by enabling this
