How to keep the OMS on the same server using in-place Linux OS-upgrade

We have OEM 13.4 with active/active OMS on RHEL 7.9 and need to go to RHEL 8.x. Is it possible to keep the OMS on the same servers and how can this be done?

If not it will mean a huge amount of work.
