HIPPA 834 Full File Replacement Not Including Terminations

We are having an issue with our 834 Dental File not including the DTP 349 row (terminations). This is a recent issue as of 2022 after out upgrade to PUM32. I have been unable to find any bugs or issues posted on the Oracle website. Has anyone encountered an issue with the 834 files? If so was it an issue with your Snapshot definition? Possibly the run control definition? Any help or assistance would be apprecited.
