P4210 Sales quotes with optional or alternative lines

We are running JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2 with Tools Release 9.2.4.4

The challenge is to provide a similar solution for quote entry like we have in our legacy quotation tool but it looks like there is currently nothing existing in JDE.

Simplified example:

The quote is for an equipment and an optional larger version of the same type.

The optional larger version should only be shown with the unit price UPRC but not with the extended price AEXP. The extended price should not be calculated because it should not be part of the total amount calculation for the quote as it is only an optional line which the customer could select if he wants to have some more security capacity available.
