asm_lreg takes up 18% of our memory on RAC node

GI 19.14 two nodes running on Exadata 6

Got a warning for an out of memory on one of the nodes, it was the ASM instance reporting a ORA-4030.

With more then 20G free on the other node and only about 2,5G on the one that had the 4030 I checked the processes. asm_lreg takes up way to much memory, 18% of 220G.

Any one seen this before?
