Start pump process error OGG-06354

Hi dears,

The following error occurs when starting the (Oracle GoldenGate 19.1.0.0.4) pump process: OGG-06354: CACHEMGR: object co: 0x{0} co_uid: 0x{1} already exists

But, was done according to the following solution, but the error is still given

- ADG extract, DBLOGREADER is not a supported configuration. Instead use:

    TRANLOGOPTIONS ASMUSER SYS@+ASM, ASMPASSWORD xxxxxxxxxxx

How to solve the problem. Please help me,
