White screen on Android device

Hi, we have faced issue with Oracle app in Zebra TC52 scanners. They are showing white screen quite often and normal reboot is not working.

-       Android version 8.1.0

-       Chrome version 78.0.3904.108

-       Oracle version 1.3.1

Shutdown of device and restart didn’t help -> still white screen after opening Oracle app.

Forced shutdown of Oracle app in settings – app menu -> still white screen.


Uninstalled Chrome & Oracle – reinstalled apps, first Chrome, then Oracle with URL and now Oracle Login is available again.

Anything that you could help? No similar issue with Zebra TC8300, so might it be something to do with the scanner model? It has the same versions of Chrome and Oracle app. Warehouse is different.
