Rollback patch conflict, then i can not install new patch for update DB Engine

Hello guys

I'm going to update Ora 19.12 to 19.13. but i have to rollback some patch cause conflict patch error.

I do it follow SR, but now i can not reinstall patch for complete upgrade. Log as below:
