Hi ,

Please find below the details for the Siebel Upgrade, need the steps to be performed for the Upgrade Activities.

Siebel Version from IP2013 to IP 22.3

Platform - Windows 2008 to Window 2019

Oracle DB Server - 11c to 19i

Database OS - Linux-Redhat

Please help me in consolidating the list of the software for the upgrade in addition to the risks and issues generally encountered during the activity,
