Allow user to manage all deliverables on Repository contracts

Hi,

We need to allow superuser/manager to manage deliverables on Repository contracts without them being the Internal Contact or the External Contact or the Requestor.

However, I read a note 1477759.1: For any user to view/manage the deliverables the user has to be either the Internal Contact or the External Contact or the Requestor.

Is there a way / setup (profile option, function, etc.) to do so?

Our apps version is R12.2.9.
