Unexpected adjustment amount appeared under depreciation tab

Application R12.2.6

The net book value is showing 1 and Adjustment amount is showing as total depreciation amount instead of one month depreciation amount under depreciation tab in financial information after user updated Depreciation limit as 1 in asset book and run depreciation. PFA

Please check and let me know for below

1. Why the unexpected adjustment amount appeared on asset and how to revert.

2.How to bring the netbook value from 1 to previous value.
