What item type set up allows for fed VA Edu benefits to appear only on the CFP & not aid offer?

What delivered set up should be used for federal veterans education benefits to appear only on the College Financing Plan (CFP) and not the aid notification?

For FSA purposes, federal veterans education benefits, as defined under Section 480(c) of the HEA, are not treated as EFA. These include, for example, Chapter 31 and Chapter 33 but a complete list can be accessed via the Appendix A of 2021-22 Volume Ch7 FSA Handbook.

We have noted that using the Item Type Inclusion Exceptions on the Award mapping tab of the College Financing Plan set up component delivered with PUM 24 will place the awards on the CFP. In testing, the print letter option on the FA Item type set up removed the federal veterans education benefit item type from both the award notification and the CFP.
