after upgrading the database from 12.2 to 19.3 we encountored error ORA-03137: malformed TTC packet from client rejected: [kpoal8Check-4] [2] [1] [] [] [] [] []

and our client application uses oracle client 12.2, however we do not found any error on our UAT environment after upgrading 19.0 and with same 12.2 oracle client.
