Changing profile to enable users to be read only for some responsibilities

Hi

we need to have some reponsibilities related to SCM track (iprocument ,purchasing,isupplier )and Finance track (General ledger, Payaable ,fixed Asset ,receivable ,project costing) to be read only.

We fonud profile "HR:Query Only Mode" enable user to be ready only for HR responsibilities.

Please advise is there configuration profile for SCM track and Finance track.

If No , Please advise how we can make all SCM and Finance responsiblities to be read only.

I will be grateful if anyone update me soon.
