Question re: Correcting BA ledger amounts which have been added by using an indexed allocation

Hi, Community,


What is the recommended way to correct an budgeted amount which has been added using an indexed allocation. The Sales budget has been loaded directly to the F0902 for the period January 2017 in the amount of 5,000.00 which is the balance for January 2016, but now has to be corrected to 3,000.00. Since the balance of the sales account for January 2016 is still 3,000.00, what is the best way to correct the budget amount for January 2017, using the same process
