Receipts Form - Search and Apply - Apply Date change

upon changing the Apply Date in the Search and Apply Receipts form , its not saving the date when we revisit the widow,showing the previous date only,plz help.

i want to change this Apply date to 27 -May-2022 and save.its not happening..
