Oregon State Tax Levy Limit Rule
There is no limit for Oregon State Tax Levy, only 90 days for Creditor Garnishment and Garnishment. However, our system stops and ends dates the State Tax Levy after 90 days regardless if the limit has been reached. Per the Oregon Dept of Revenue, the deduction should not stop until the Total Owed is reached.
