I am unable to unzip the downloaded Oracle19c zip file

I am in the process of installing the Oracle software on a new server and I can't unzip the downloaded file. This is the error displayed by the gunzip command.

gunzip: HPUX.IA64_193000_db_home.zip: unknown suffix -- ignored

Can anyone explain to me what the issue might be. I have used gunzip on many files before but for some reason it doesn't work on this one. I have already searched for a response to the error on MOS but it didn't return anything regarding the error.
