Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Post Mass Additions unable to get information about the asset error

hello

in oracle 12,1,3 during the Post Mass Additions the log file gets:

in this query ,1 record retrived, has the add_to_asset_id is -1 POSTING_STATUS = POST

select * from FA_MASS_ADDITIONS_V where book_type_code = 'OSA_IFRS' and queue_name = 'POST'

how can we use the Remove button in order to clear the wrong data?
