Identify Cost Overhead Sub-Elements for PREVIOUS LEVELS

We have a requirement to identify the Sub-Elements for 'THIS LEVEL' and 'PREVIOUS LEVELS' of an Item (e.g. 144704)

I am able to get the Overhead Sub-Elements for THIS LEVEL from the cost screens of the item 144704 .

But I am unable to get the Overhead Sub-Elements for PREVIOUS LEVELS. It shows as a consolidated value.

How can I get it? This is a for an audit report that we are developing.

Is there a view that has this data? Or is there an API that can dynamically get this data for each item?
