Equipment Time Billing Batches

We use equipment time billing, and the time entry batches (Batch type T) . These batches were never approved by a user , however the posting program manage to post them even though the batch was in a pending status. the data selection was Batch status "A" and batch type "T"

Looking into the batch approval history it show the batch status changes to A just before it is posted, and the only job that runs is the P09801 which is the post.

However since two weeks or so this stopped working, and the batch has to be approved by a user for it to be posted.
