Retroactivity Pricing with Standard Purchase Order- R12

Good day.

Does Oracle system allow me to use retroactive pricing with a standard purchase order without creating a blanket purchase agreement or a global blanket agreement?

What I mean by my question, is that I have a requirement which is to run retroactivity pricing on standard purchase orders directly without creating blanket or global purchase agreement.

As I tried to run this feature directly on standard purchase orders and I couldn't achieve that. Many errors occurred and all my standard purchase orders were stacked in the approval cycle on the test environment.
