How to Change a Persons List of Hour Types on Timecard

We have an employee that changed from one postiion to another and now needs to be able to use a new list of Hours Types for her time entry.

All her preferences look to be set up correctly but I cannot seem to figure out how to get her the correct listing.

Here is the Hour Type listing for reference
