Upgrade 11g to 19c

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) 8 commentsAnswered

Hi,

When Upgrading database From 11.2.0.4 to 19.3.0.0 ( NON CDB, not PDB) at the end, I have this error displayed below:

Error:

catconExec failed bootstrap datapatch

Enter password for sys:

Connecting to database...OK

Gathering database info...done

Bootstrapping registry and package to current versions...

catconExec failed during bootstrap

Error: prereq checks failed!

Prereq check failed, exiting without installing any patches.

Please refer to MOS Note 1609718.1 and/or the invocation log

/u01/app/oracle/cfgtoollogs/sqlpatch/sqlpatch_29602_2022_05_23_17_08_12/sqlpatch_

Also the message above is the same when you execute this command command :
