How to Modify Private Network Information in Oracle Clusterware version 19.3.0.0.0

We are moving our DR server to different datacenter location. my concern is we are replacing ip's. we cannot use the old IP address to new datacenter. is there a document or guide I can use for re IP'ing the oracle clusterware 19.3.0.0.0?
