ins-50013 oracle developer tools for visual studio .net error. Please install Visual Studio before you proceed with this installation

I am using microsoft visual studio 2010. I installed oracle 12c database. while installing the ODTwithODAC122011/ODTwithODAC121024/ODTwithODAC1120320_32bit, it throws above error.

Please advise how to solve it.
