Do we need to include the Amount on Quebec Income Tax Data and Provincial Income Tax

When an employee has his/her Tax Location Code from Quebec, do we need to include the Quebec Income Tax Data information on the Net Claim Amount only or do we also need to include the amount on the Provincial Income Tax - Prov Tax Credit Amount (TCP)
