What are the best practise for installation Oracle database 19C RAC?

Dear All,

I am an IT Consultant and recently I have been assigned a project in which I need to install Database 19C RAC on Linux Server on a new VM. Then I will need to do a migration from existing database (Oracle Database 11g RAC) to the new installed database (Database 19C RAC).

  1. I would like to know how should I proceed for the installation Database 19C RAC ? Any Oracle document I can follow?
  2. Also I need to specify the software and hardware requirement for the new environment where I will install the Database 19C RAC. I would like to know where I can get these information?
